READY MADE & ONE OF A KIND
Including costumes, swimwear, accessories and posing suits.

• Upon ordering, your order must be paid in full prior to shipping.
• Measurements stated on ready made and one of a kind items will give you the size of the garment. Please see that your measurements will fit the garment to ensure a good fit. See sizing and measuring for instructions.
• Ready made items (ongoing availability) can be exchanged for a different size. Only UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED items will be exchangeable. Underwear and swimwear are not exchangable or returnable.
• One of a kind items (only one made) can be returned or exchanged for another item. Please let us know the day of delivery. Only UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED items will be returnable or exchangeable. Underwear and swimwear are not exchangable or returnable.
• If you are unhappy, please email us with a description and nature of the problem, and we will be happy to help you.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Including costumes, swimwear, and posing suits.

• Upon ordering, a 50% deposit is required to get started, the remaining balance required prior to shipping.
• Accurate measurements ensure that your costume, swimsuit or posing suit will fit you properly. Make sure your measurements are exact, if you need to, get someone to help you. See sizing and measuring for instructions. If you are ordering a posing suit please order for size at contest date.
• If you are unhappy with the fit of your garment, please let us know the day of delivery. Since the garment is custom made for you, all sales are final, no returns or exchanges on custom orders. Although your garment can be sent back for alterations if need be.
• At Gingerwear, our fabrics are always changing. If you are ordering a costume, please order all the pieces at the same time to ensure a perfect match of fabric. Later in time the fabric may not be available.
